This week I am starting work on a gorgeous Dining Room re-doooo

it's lots of wood tones, some amazing finishes, pretty fabrics and built in cabinets with cremone bolts 

I ain't messin around with the art and the chandelier either..

First,

I woke up to a room full of balloons

then,

 the duck had a swan deliver this little bauble in a diamond encrusted 18th century Limoges box

to go with my new Balmain dress...

and these ole' golden red bottom ankle boots

I felt adventurous, so we took a spin in my new 1960's Porsche roadster

to our modest house in the country for some moscow mules in the garden

it was very bright out, so I wore my new sunnies and an appropriate hat 

very laid back and mellow day...same as most..

OH YES,

I forgot

......Ryan Gosling got me a birthday cupcake

this is only a smidgen of the goods....trust me when I say...you'll die when this project wraps up

AND...I am gearing up for a pretty gorgeous master bedroom install. The paint and the light fixtures went up today....think serene, metallic, sumptuous love nest

Whew, that was one hell of a three day journey to Disneyland.

G was an angel, the weather was hot but totally awesome, and we practically had the place to ourselves all three days.

I really enjoyed myself and my little family, but now it's back to the grind.
